Important: Unless your service is governed by a Managed Services Agreement (MSA) with Evolve Technology Group LLC, the following terms and conditions apply to all products, services, and labor provided by Evolve Technology Group LLC.

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions arranged or fulfilled through Evolve Technology Group are non-cancellable by Evolve Technology Group once activated. All SaaS subscriptions are subject to the applicable SaaS provider's own terms and conditions, including their cancellation, refund, and renewal policies.
By purchasing a SaaS subscription through Evolve Technology Group, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the terms of the underlying SaaS provider. Evolve Technology Group is not responsible for changes to SaaS provider terms, pricing, or service availability.
Examples include but are not limited to: Microsoft 365, cloud security platforms, backup-as-a-service solutions, and other third-party software subscriptions.
Refunds for eligible hardware and physical products are subject to the following conditions:
All labor services performed by Evolve Technology Group are warranted for 10 days from the date of service completion, unless a different warranty period is expressly stated on the estimate, invoice, or order form governing the specific service.
The labor warranty covers defects in workmanship directly related to the services performed. It does not cover:
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period by contacting sales@evolve-tg.tech or 806-451-1405.
Virus removal, malware remediation, and related security cleaning services are expressly excluded from all warranties. Evolve Technology Group provides no warranty, express or implied, for virus removal or malware remediation services of any kind.
By nature, virus and malware removal involves inherently unpredictable risks, including the possibility of reinfection, latent threats, data corruption, or residual damage that cannot be fully detected or remediated. Evolve Technology Group will perform removal services to the best of its ability using industry-standard tools and practices, but cannot guarantee that all malicious software has been removed or that the system will remain free of infection following service completion.
Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain up-to-date endpoint protection and backup solutions to reduce exposure to future threats.
Refunds are not available for labor services. Once labor has been performed, the associated charges are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. This includes but is not limited to:
If you have a concern about the quality of labor services performed, please contact us within the applicable warranty period (see Section 4). Warranty claims for labor are limited to re-performance of the specific service at no additional charge and do not entitle the client to a monetary refund.
If your relationship with Evolve Technology Group is governed by a fully executed Managed Services Agreement (MSA), the terms of that MSA supersede and replace these Service Terms in their entirety. Please refer to your MSA for the applicable cancellation, refund, and warranty terms specific to your managed services engagement.
